Making Our Learning Community A Safer Place
Dear Friends and Supporters of Teachers and Entrepreneurs Activate Change:

We want to strongly thank the community who has been largely supporting TEACH youth from under-served communities and diverse backgrounds.
​
Now more than ever, TEACH organization must maintain the integrity of the program and educate our youth virtually, as we first and foremost strive to assure the safety of our kids.
​
As a result of the pandemic, schools, after school programs, community centers, and the like, were also forced to halt traditional face to face programming.
This has also caused us to have to adjust without a partner site for the safety of our kids.
​
However, our outstanding facilitators will continue to bridge the gap between education and entrepreneurship, virtually, one business at a time throughout the summer.
​
We have a solid team of entrepreneurs, business professionals and leaders ready to tackle the challenges of COVID-19 virtually.
​
I am proud to be able to say that many of our team of facilitators have adopted virtual lessons to provide outstanding, resourceful, intentional, interactive, and fun learning activities throughout the summer.
​
Your child will be inspired to be entrepreneurial plus have opportunity for ongoing mentor-ship.
​
They will also get connected with community service opportunities and receive feedback on their unique ideas to start a business.
​
We are keenly aware that the economic spiral caused significant hardship on those who provide financial support to TEACH programs, therefore the net effect on the girls we serve could be devastating.
​
It is my hope that all industries and educational institutions will recover soon and we can all get back to something that resembles normal.
​
When that happens, TEACH will be ready to pick up where we left off, offering the supports that kids need to reach their fullest potential.
Please continue to support us even as we face the same uncertainty of the rest of the world.
Your resources will put us in position to continue serving the youth in our who are our communities.

Teachers and Entrepreneurs Activate Change understands that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives.
We teach positive habits of success and bridge the gap between education, life skills, and entrepreneurship. Each program initiative is designed to teach youth transferable and marketable skills to help youth socially, professionally and in school.

Our organization partners with the most savvy and forward thinking facilitators and volunteers with backgrounds ranging from education and consulting to technology, financial literacy and product developers. The diversity of our facilitators will ensure the success of all who participate.
We believe that every child has a natural gift and talent that should be explored which is ultimately why TEACH-Her/TEACH-Him and TEACH-Her Beauty was launched.

The work we do is aimed at solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our youth are empowered by creating opportunities to learn transferable and marketable life skills from local entrepreneurs thru TEACH-HER, TEACH-HIM and TEACH-HER Beauty programs, and help build community thru various projects such as Totes & Toiletries, Coats for Kids and scholarship funds to provide deserving special education teachers with classroom supplies.
